Terms of Service

The official language of these Terms is U.S. English. Translations are courtesy only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.

Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of Zelfor early access website and services at zelfor.com. Zelfor is currently pre-launch; invitation-only early access. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Privacy Policy or related documentation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1) Acceptance and Eligibility

By requesting or accepting an invitation, creating an account if provided, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Early Access Program

  • Phased access: Access is opened in waves and we may prioritize use cases with real support volume.
  • Founder pricing: 50% off for the first year for the first 100 admitted customers. The invitation must be activated within 30 days. The offer may change prior to public launch.
  • No card required, quick setup, cancel anytime: Where applicable during pre-launch, we aim for frictionless onboarding. Specific plan terms will apply at public launch.
  • Experimental nature: Features are under active development and may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

We may contact you at the email you provide for onboarding and product updates. You can opt out or request removal from the waitlist at contact@zelfor.com.

3) Services

The Services aim to help protect revenue by classifying and enriching support tickets, suggesting responses, and prioritizing actions to close more deals and help prevent chargebacks. During pre-launch, availability and quality may vary. We may add, modify, or remove features without notice.

Human-in-the-loop required: You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them. Results can be inaccurate or incomplete.

4) AI Models and Providers

  • Hybrid stack: We use a combination of Zelfor models such as custom classifiers and scorers, and trusted third-party models for language understanding and generation.
  • Google Gemini: For some features we may call Google Gemini models subject to Google Generative AI Additional Terms. By using such features, you also agree to comply with those terms to the extent they apply to end users.
  • Data minimization: We send only the minimum context required to obtain the output and we apply masking or redaction where feasible.
  • Model evolution: Models are continuously trained and evaluated and may produce errors. You acknowledge this and will not rely on outputs as professional advice.

5) Accounts

  • You are responsible for all activity under your access and any invited users if applicable.
  • Keep credentials confidential. Rotate keys and revoke access when personnel change.
  • We may suspend or restrict access to protect users, infrastructure, or compliance.

6) Fees, Billing and Refunds

During pre-launch, pricing including founder pricing may be presented in invitations or onboarding materials and may change prior to public release. Unless required by law, fees, once a billing period starts, are non refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time; access typically continues until the end of the current term.

7) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • No spam or use of purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
  • No attempts to bypass security, introduce malware, or disrupt the Service.
  • No processing of children data or special categories without a lawful basis and our prior written permission.

8) Privacy and Data

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. During pre-launch, we collect minimal data to run the waitlist and early access. You remain the controller of Customer Content you choose to share, and you must ensure you have a lawful basis to provide it.

9) Security

We apply reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, and logging. No method is 100 percent secure. Report issues to contact@zelfor.com.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES including early access and any beta features ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs and determining suitability for your use case before acting.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN ALL CASES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zelfor and its personnel from claims and costs arising from: a) your Customer Content; b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or law; or c) infringement or misappropriation of third party rights.

13) Termination and Changes

  • Your cancellation: You may cancel renewal at any time. Access typically continues until the end of the current term.
  • Our suspension or termination: We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, or policy reasons, or if pre-launch eligibility is not met.
  • Changes: We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified with a new effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
